Help me for my heart operation

My name is N.karthik,As i born and brought up in a very poor family.

I am affected by severe heart problem(Rheumatic heart disease, Moderate mitral regurgitation, Atrial Septal defect). Hence I was strongly advised by the doctor to undergo open heart surgery for Mitral Valve repair & Atrial Septal defect at the earliest.

For your reference,I have attached my medical certificates with in this page.Especially the OPERATION ESTMATION COST Attachment showing estimation.Doctor fixed the operation date. But operation cost is 2,30000 rupees.
